New to Organic?

Well aren’t you the trendy one?!! You're on the cutting edge. That’s right, organic skin care and cosmetics are the next big thing and for good reason. Did you know that the FDA doesn’t require safety testing on any personal care products, nor do they limit the use of known carcinogens, toxic ingredients or hormone disruptors in products? Knowing that our body absorbs as much as 60% of what we put on it, we at MOI  thought it was a good idea to find something a little less harsh. Some say “So what? I can look for those ingredients and avoid them.”

While that sounds like a good idea, the FDA does not require companies to disclose all of their ingredients in the name of trade secrets. So even if you knew what you were looking for, you may not see it on the label. Sounds a little sketchy, huh? We thought so too, so that is why we opened our eco-chic e-boutique, Modern Organics International or MOI. And there are lots of reasons to shop organic. Not only are our products better for you, but they are better for animals (no animal testing of any of our products) and better for the environment.

Many of our products use eco-friendly packaging, biodynamically grown ingredients, only purchase from fair trade employers and of course, have strict standards as to the ingredients they use. And while we LOVE our product lines, we are not affiliated with any of them, so we are completely independent. If we love it, we sell it. It’s that simple.
