How do I return a product:
To make a return, we will provide you with a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' or RMA number to include with your product when you ship it back. To obtain an RMA number, either contact us or use our online system:

In the 'Track your recent orders' section, click to 'View Details' on the appropriate order

Click the 'Add New RMA' button

Choose the quantity of each item you would like to return

Select the 'Reason for Return' (Damaged, Don't Like It, etc.) and 'Method' (Refund, Replace, etc.)

Add any comments and click 'Save RMA'
Within one day, we'll send you an RMA number via email. Then just ship the item with RMA number back to us at:

1. If I open a product and use some of it, can I still return it?
You sure can! Just return it, and we'll help you find a product that will work better for you. Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds on opened or used products.
2. How long should I wait for a credit?
Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a return confirmation via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for a credit to reflect on your credit card or paypal account.
